1 tsp Irish Moss added with 15 minutes left in the boil
Yeast

Wyeast 2278 - Czech Pils
Pitch and ferment at 55°F for 2 weeks.
Let it come up to 70°F-ish for 3 or 4 days as a diacetyl rest.
Lager at 35°F for 8 weeks or so.
